The first step in adding a photo/video to a campaign description is to upload it to the Content section of your MemoryFox account.

For that, please refer to How to Bulk Upload Content into Your MemoryFox Account

Once you’ve uploaded the photo/video into your MemoryFox account:

1. Obtain the URL code for the photo/video by opening the content you uploaded using the Content tab on the top toolbar.

2. Now, click on the photo/video you’d like to upload to your campaign description.

3. The photo/video will open up along with a toolbar on the top left of it, go ahead and select the details icon which will open up the setting information in another tab.

4. Now, scroll down to the bottom of the page and download the content by using the blue download button on the right.

Note: You’ll see three thumbnails of different sizes to download. You can identify the size of the photo/video by the digits on the title. We’ll suggest you pick the smallest size, as it would fit perfectly on your campaign page.

5. After the download has opened, all you need to do now is collect the URL code and preserve it for the following steps.

6. Now use the Campaign tab on the top toolbar to go to your campaigns.

7. Then, select the campaign you’d like to add a photo/video to.

8. Now that you’re in the campaign description, you’ll use the toolbar under Description and select the Source button.

Note: In the toolbar you’ll see separate buttons to insert photo as well as a button to insert video. Those aren't working for the moment but we’re on it to get that fixed soon.

9. Once you select the Source button you’ll be required to copy and paste the below code along with the URL you saved of your photo/video.

Source code for adding photos:

<p style="text-align:center;">

<img src="URL link" title="Shared from MemoryFox">

</p>

Source code for adding videos:

<p style="text-align:center;">

<iframe src="URL Link" width="360" height="640" frameborder="0"

allowfullscreen=""></iframe>

</p>

10. Now that you click back on the source button the image should be populated in your description.

Voilà!
