Seeing a “No Ongoing Actions” message on your campaign link? Don’t worry! This just means your campaign is missing Actions, which are essential for engagement and functionality.

Let’s walk through how to resolve it and set your campaign up for success.

🚨 Why This Error Occurs?

This error usually appears when no Calls to Action (CTAs) are included during the campaign setup. Without CTAs, your audience has nothing to respond to - no tasks, no prompts, no submissions.

Adding at least one CTA is critical to activate your campaign and guide your participants.

🛠️ How to Add Actions to Your Campaign

Step 1: Create a Call to Action

While editing your campaign, click “Add New Field” to create a CTA.

Step 2: Define the CTA

  • Name: Clearly state what you’re asking for (e.g., “Share your story” or “Upload your photo”).

  • Further Instructions: Provide helpful context or detailed directions so users know exactly what to do.

Step 3: Select a Submission Type

Choose the media type you want users to submit:

  • 📹 Video

  • 📷 Photo

  • 📝 Text

  • 📎 Other Files (recommended as a backup so users can upload from their device library)

Fox Tip: We recommend selecting one main media type (video, photo, or text), but we also recommend selecting Other Files as a safety net. This will allow your community to access their photo or file library on their device, making it super easy for them to add content previously taken.

Step 4: Save the CTA

Click “Save” to add your action to the campaign.

📌 Fox Tip: If you have more than one CTA and want to control the order: Add numbers to the beginning of each CTA Name (e.g., “1. Upload Your Video”, “2. Describe Your Story”). Keeping CTAs numbered helps your audience navigate the prompts more easily.

✅ You’re All Set!

Once your CTAs are added and saved, your campaign will be active and ready to engage your community.
