Want to make your campaign descriptions more visually engaging? Here’s a step-by-step guide to embedding photos or videos directly into the campaign description field.
Before You Begin:
Ensure the media (photo or video) you'd like to embed is already uploaded to your MemoryFox Content Library.

Once you’ve uploaded the photo/video into your MemoryFox account:
1. Navigate to the Content tab on the top toolbar and locate the media you want to embed.
2. Now, click on the photo/video you’d like to add to your campaign description.
3. Once the media opens, look for the toolbar in the upper left corner. Click on the ‘Embed’ icon (</>), which will open the HTML source code for the selected content.
4. Now, simply click on ‘click to copy’ to copy the source code for that content.
5. Next, use the Campaign tab on the top toolbar to go to your campaigns.
6. Select the campaign in which you’d like to include the photo or video.
7. Now that you’re in the campaign description, scroll to the Description field. Use the formatting toolbar and click on the ‘Source’ button to enable HTML editing.
8. In the source view, paste the embed code you copied earlier at the top of the text box.
9. Click the ‘Source’ button again to return to the normal view and your image or video should now appear in the description field.
