Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Tab
Head to the top navigation toolbar and click on the Campaign tab.
Step 2: Open the Campaign You Wish to Delete
Click on the specific campaign you’d like to remove or archive.
Step 3: Disable the Campaign
In the campaign view, locate the Enable/Disable checkbox at the top-right corner.
To delete/archive: Uncheck or disable the box.
This will effectively archive your campaign, it will no longer be visible among active campaigns.
Fox Note: Disabling a campaign does not permanently erase it.
That’s it! The campaign has been deleted/disabled.
How to View Disabled (Deleted) Campaigns?
Want to access your archived campaigns later?
If you’d like to view all your deleted campaigns simply go to the ‘Campaigns’ tab and on the top right side of the campaigns page you’ll see a button called ‘Show Deleted’. Using that button you’ll easily be able to view all your deleted/archived campaigns.
