👤 How to Filter Content by Users in the Story Bank

Need to locate submissions from a specific individual? Whether you’re curating content for a campaign or tracking contributor activity, filtering by user is a quick and powerful way to stay organized.

Follow this step-by-step guide to find exactly what you need:

🔍 Step 1: Access the User Filter

At the top of your Story Bank, click on the ‘Users’ tab to open the user-based filtering options.

🧑‍💻 Step 2: Search for a Contributor

  • In the search bar, enter the name of the user whose content you want to view.

  • Select the user from the dropdown list.

✅ You’ll now see only the submissions uploaded by that specific user.

🎯 Pro Tip: Combine Filters for Precision

Want to narrow your search even more? Use additional filters at the top of the page to sort by:

  • Campaign

  • Media type

  • Submission date

  • Custom fields, and more.
