Follow the steps below to access your campaign data in seconds:
🔍 Step 1: Head to the Campaign Dashboard
Log into your MemoryFox account.
Click on the ‘Campaign’ tab at the top of the page to view all your campaigns.
📥 Step 2: Download the Campaign CSV File
Locate the campaign you want to export.
On the right-hand side, click the ‘Download CSV’ button.
✅ You’re All Set!
That’s it! The file will automatically download to your device. Now you can organize, analyze, or archive campaign data however you like. Use it to track engagement, pull insights, or share impact with your team.
📄 What’s Inside the CSV File?
Your CSV file contains a detailed log of every submission, including:
All custom fields completed by contributors
Types of content submitted (photos, videos, written stories)
Other metadata for easy sorting and filtering
