With Bulk Edit, you can make changes to multiple pieces of content at once — whether you’re adding tags to keep your Story Bank organized or deleting content you no longer need. Instead of making the same change over and over, you can take care of it all at once.
1. Find Bulk Edit
From your Content page, select Bulk Edit to get started.
2. Select the content you’d like to edit
You can select content individually or choose Select All to select everything at once.
Looking for something specific? Use the filters to narrow down your content first, then select the pieces you’d like to work with.
Tip: Filtering first can make it much easier to find and select the right group of content.
3. Choose what you’d like to do
Once you’ve made your selection, you can:
Add tags
Apply a tag to multiple pieces of content at the same time, making it easier to organize and find your stories later.
Delete content
Remove multiple pieces of content together when they’re no longer needed.
If you change your mind, simply select Cancel to exit without making any changes.
Less busywork. More time for stories.
