Need to remove someone from your MemoryFox account? You can easily deactivate their access from the Team section of your account.
Step 1: Head to Your Team
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Team.
This is your central place for viewing and managing the people who have access to your MemoryFox account.
Step 2: Deactivate the User
Find the user you’d like to remove, then under Status, click Deactivate.
This will remove their access to your account.
Want to Add Them Back Later?
No problem! You can reactivate a deactivated user at any time.
Simply find the user in your Team section and click Activate to restore their access.
Prefer to hide the user from your view entirely?
You can click Archive to hide the user from your Team list while keeping their information in your account.
