Step 1: Access Your Content Library

Click on the “Content” tab located in the top navigation bar. This takes you straight to your Storybank, your hub for all the content.

Step 2: Locate the Content You Want to Edit

Hover your mouse over the specific content you’d like to update and click the three-dot menu icon (···) that appears in the corner.

Step 3: Select “Edit”

From the dropdown menu, choose the “Edit” option to begin making changes.

Step 4: Use the Editing Tools

Your selected content will now open in the editing view. All available edit tools will appear on the left-hand side, ready for your adjustments.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you've made your edits, you have two saving options:

  • Save (New): Keeps the original content untouched and saves your edits as a new version.

  • Save (Overwrite): Updates the original piece without creating a duplicate.

Note: Selecting “Save (New)” updates the submitter’s name to reflect the editor’s name, while “Save (Overwrite)” retains the original submitter’s name.
